30 Days Returns
Don’t worry, we understand. Sometimes what you’ve got isn’t quite what you were looking for. What you’ve got may be too big or too small, too dark or just not you at all. We want you to be happy with your purchase; we want you to love what you’ve bought as much as we’ve loved getting it to you.
At Sunglasses Shop we'll happily swap your new sunglasses for your perfect pair. After all that’s why we’re here – to help frame your personal style. If you need to talk to us about what to choose instead we’d love to hear from you.
Send Them Back
Just send the sunglasses back to us and we’ll do the rest. We’ll let you know when we get them and we’ll let you know when we send your exchange. Actually we’ll let you know what is happening with your return every step of the way. It goes on the same delivery service as our current orders so you won’t get any delays there.
We really do recommend that you send them back using a recorded service that covers the value of the sunglasses. If anything happens to your return while it's on its way to us you'll be covered. Send them to:

What To Include (...other than your sunglasses)
It's easy. Just fill out the form using the link below. Remember to tell us if it's an exchange or refund that you're after and what exchange product you want. We may need to contact you, so make sure your phone number is there too, and an email address if you really want to help us.
Include the form with your return and we'll do the rest. All we ask is that any products are returned within thirty working days, and looked after as carefully as we send them out to you.
If you need to make an extra payment for your new sunglasses then we'll get this arranged too.
Refunds
Finally, if you really, really don’t like your purchase and it’s a refund you’re after we’ll get this done quickly, once we receive your return. We’d love to hear from you again very soon though. We're sure we'll have something perfect for you.
