Andre Villa, Bio
Born: 27th April 1982
Home: Torrevieja, Spain
Andre Villa learnt to ride a dirt bike before a bicycle. That early advantage put him in good stead and led to a fifteen year long career in motocross racing. After experiencing injury in 2000 he switched to semi-pro freestyle skiing until, in 2003, Villa swapped the skis back for the bike and returned to the motocross, this time focusing on the freestyle discipline.
Villa moved from Norway to Spain with the dream of building the biggest and best Freestyle Motocross park in Europe. Once construction on the park was finished, Villa began to reap the rewards of his decision as he trained everyday and went on to win a string of titles at big events on the freestyle motocross circuit.
Villa is known for having bags of style and, despite major injuries in 2006 and 2008, being full of positive energy. Villa's optimistic attitude and ambition led him to cross the Atlantic to the USA, joining the rest of the international FMX elite in California.
